Background
Cancer Council NSW is Australia's leading cancer charity and one of the largest non-government funders of cancer research in Australia; uniting the community, investing in research, supporting people and saving lives.
Cancer Council NSW approached Hinterlands with a request to update, develop and implement a new Online Community to replace the existing Cancer Connections forum. The main objective was to provide an online support space for people affected by cancer, offering information and support and allowing people to share their experiences through blogs, discussion forums and support groups.
Working closely with all key stakeholders, we provided CCNSW with UX consultation and recommendations ensuring these were based on best practices and design principles as well as adhering to CCNSW branding guidelines and aligning with CCNSW mission and values.
